NSW: Man recovering as police search for shooting witnesses

SYDNEY, Feb 28 AAP - A man is recovering in hospital today after undergoing surgery
following a fatal shooting in Sydney's inner-west.

The 24-year-old Earlwood man was shot in the arm at Marrickville yesterday and was
today in a stable condition in Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, police said.

A post-mortem examination is to be carried out on the body of a 25-year-old Leichhardt
man who died from multiple gunshot wounds at the scene.
