(ADPnews) - Jun 29, 2010 - Indian credit rating agency CRISIL upheld yesterday the ratings of B- with a "negative" outlook and of P4 on the bank facilities of local Ajanta Packaging.
The ratings continue to reflect the company's weak financial risk profile, marked by high gearing, weak debt protection metrics, small net worth, and limited financial flexibility. This weakness is partially offset by its partners' experience in the packaging industry and established relationships with customers.
