Cincinnati; -- - Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in relationship management, is seeking candidates from throughout the Cincinnati metro area for 225 positions at its state-of-the-art contact center in Erlanger, Kentucky. About 20 of the positions provide the opportunity to work at home after the completion of on-site training.

Interested candidates are invited to attend an on-site Recruitment Open House from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26 at Convergys, 1101 Pacific Avenue in the Circleport II Business Park in Erlanger, Kentucky. New employees will provide customer service/sales or technical support for Convergys clients in a variety of industries.

"New business and the growth of current client programs have resulted in new employment opportunities for job seekers in the Greater Cincinnati area," said Debra Arthur, recruitment manager for the Convergys contact center in Erlanger. "We're also hiring for a few Full Account Management positions that feature a higher pay rate, bonus incentives, and a set weekday schedule with no evening or weekend shifts."
