About 20 of the positions provide the opportunity to work at home after the completion of on-site training.

Interested candidates are invited to attend an on-site Recruitment Open House from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26 at Convergys, 1101 Pacific Avenue in the Circleport II Business Park in Erlanger, Kentucky. New employees will provide customer service/sales or technical support for Convergys clients in a variety of industries.
